Kebbi State Governor, Sen. Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, has approved financial assistance as support to the successful trainees from the state into the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Regular Intake into the Nigerian Army and those selected for interview into the Nigerian Defence Academy, 74th Regular Course, 2022.

The approval is contained in a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Babale Umar Yauri, and made available to newsmen in Birnin Kebbi on Tuesday.

“The governor gave an approval for the release of Seventeen Million, Four Hundred and Ninety Five Thousand, Five Hundred, (N17,495,500.00) Naira.

“The gesture is in continuation of Bagudu’s sustained support to ensure welfare of the state indigenes,” the statement said.
