Some aggrieved students of the University of Abuja have come out in mass to protest over the inability of the institution to provide them with their statements of results and mobilizing them for the National Youth Service Corp, NYSC, batch C 2021.

The students in a video seen by Daily Star Nigeria were gathered in front of the school senate building shouting “we no gree oo give us our results”.

It was further gathered that the students were the 2021 graduands who were supposed to be mobilized for the compulsory one year the NYSC program.

In an interview with some of the aggrieved students, one of the student who spoke to Daily Star on the grounds of anonymity said : “we haven’t been issued with statement of results despite the fact that ee have finished our exams done clearance and we are not having issues with our results.

“We have been here since morning and nobody have [sic] come to address us, we don’t even know our stand.

“our mates in other schools have been mobilzed and will be going to camp tomorrow.”

All efforts made to speak with the school Public Relations Officer proved abortive as his phone was switched off as at the time this report was filed in.
