The Head coach of Real Madrid Football club, Zinadene Zidane has tested positive to Covid-19, The Club disclosed on Friday via its official website.

This comes a day before the club travels to Alaves, ahead of their clash with the Alaves Football club in the Spanish LaLiga on Saturday.

The French man has been under immense pressure following series of successive defeats in Spanish Super cup and ‘Copa Del Rey’, the worst was that of Wednesday when they lost to a tier 3 team of the Spanish league, Alcoyano.

Zidane won 3 consecutive Champions League titles with the club and other titles that includes Spanish LaLiga Cup, Super cup amongst others.

He has since gone into self-isolation as his assistant coach is set to take charge prior to his recovery.
