Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corp, Sokoto Command has arrested and paraded a notorious bandit, Bello Galadima.

The NSCDC Public Relations Officer, DSC Hamza Adamu Illela, made this disclosure in a statement made available to reporters in Sokoto, on Wednesday.

The PRO stated that: “NSCDC under the leadership of Commandant Muhammad Saleh Dada yesterday [Tuesday] at about 0600hrs arrested a wanted notorious bandit following an intelligence on his activities and movement from the members of Hamma Ali community.

“The commandant directed its intelligence team to liase with the arms squad unit to track and arrest him.”

Daily Star Nigeria gathered that 40-year-old Bello Galdima was arrested in one of the their hideouts at Aliyu Jodi where he came to buy drugs and satisfy his sexual urge.

While Parading the suspects at command headquarters, the Commandant commended the community for timely and relevant information and assured them of maximum protection.

The NSCDC boss reiterated his commitment to fishing out all his accomplices and bringing them to face the full wrath of the law.
